Who this covers

This policy describes how Parilux Productions, based in Akron, Ohio, handles information you send through parilux.productions. Questions about your information can go to connect@parilux.productions.

What the forms collect

The contact form collects your name, phone number, email, and message. You may also give a location, an event date, the services you want (cinema, photo, or audio), and what the work is for (wedding, business, real estate, event, or something else). Wedding enquiries can include a photobooth, a destination wedding or elopement, and proposal or engagement photo and cinema choices. Business enquiries can include content-day frequency and deliverables. Real estate enquiries can include listing volume, deliverables, and priority turnaround. Event enquiries can include the length of the event in hours. If you book a consultation, the form also stores the time you chose.

The Akron bridal-show form collects your name, your partner's name, phone, email, wedding date, venue name, venue city and state, the packages you select, and any notes. If you schedule a consultation from that form, it also stores the time you chose.

Why we use it

Parilux uses those details to reply to you, schedule a consultation, prepare a quote, and deliver the services you hire. An enquiry or a consultation time is a request. It is not a confirmed booking of production services.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar access is used only by Parilux Productions to check its own availability and to add bookings to its own calendar. Google user data is never sold or shared. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cash taken at a show is recorded by Parilux as a payment note. Parilux does not store full card numbers.

Cookies

The public site does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Signing in to the Green Room client area sets one sign-in cookie, parilux_session, so the site can keep you signed in. It is sent only with requests and is not readable by page scripts.

Email

Messages about enquiries, accounts, and projects are sent through Cloudflare Email Sending from connect@parilux.productions. Some payee notices may be sent through Resend when that service is turned on. Those providers receive the address and the message needed to deliver the email.

Access and deletion

Email connect@parilux.productions to ask for a copy of the information Parilux holds about you, or to ask for it to be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will be posted on this page with a new date.
